Eurotech is pleased to welcome Klaus Steven as the new Country Manager for the Philippines.
With over 20 years of experience in automotive manufacturing with Tier 1 suppliers such as Volkswagen Components, Siemens VDO, and Sumitomo, Klaus brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Throughout his career, Klaus has demonstrated his strong leadership skills and ability to build and optimize organizations in emerging markets, achieving process optimization targets and exceeding them. Klaus’s proven track record of successfully leading start-up factories, introducing incentive and retention programs, and developing and executing actions for continuous improvement make him a result-driven operational leader.
